- What counts as a user?
- Anyone signing in with their own account is a user, including people who only view reports. Viewer-only seats are priced differently on the Enterprise plan.
- Can we bring our existing spreadsheets?
- Yes. You can import your budget, headcount and receivables files and export results back to Excel. The goal is to let you start without changing how your team already works.
- Is there a contract term?
- Monthly plans have no commitment and can be cancelled any month. Annual billing includes two months free and runs to the end of the period.
- Where is our data stored?
- Data is isolated per company and can be fully exported at any time. Hosting region and retention periods are agreed contractually on the Enterprise plan.
- Do prices include VAT?
