Scope of the service
TMIND is a software service provided by Turkuaz Akıl Oyunları on a subscription basis. Access is limited to the plan and number of users you select.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Notify us immediately if you become aware of unauthorised access.
Billing and cancellation
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the plan you select. Monthly plans carry no commitment; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Limitation of liability
The service is a tool that supports your business decisions. The accuracy of data entered into the system, and any decisions made on the basis of it, remain the customer's responsibility.
